After graduating from the Southern Methodist University – Dedman School of Law in 2023, Luc Whyte began his legal career at a renowned Texas-based mid-sized firm, where he had the opportunity to gain valuable litigation experience in both state and federal courts throughout the country. Licensed in both Texas and California, Luc’s litigation background spans across a wide variety of practice areas. Luc relies on his diverse legal experience to advance creative litigation strategies in order to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

During law school, Luc was an avid participant in the Dedman School of Law’s moot court programs and simultaneously participated in his school’s Criminal Defense Clinic, where he gained early representational experience on behalf of indigent individuals in the Dallas County criminal court system. While in his last year of law school, Luc had the opportunity to serve as a judicial extern for the esteemed Judge Barbara Lynn of the United States Northen District of Texas, where he gained valuable insight into the federal court system.
